As a Family Nurse Practitioner, I have been trained to quickly recognize when something deviates from normal and intervene appropriately. But it gradually became more clear to me that taking a more holistic approach to health and wellness was far superior to merely throwing one prescription medication after another at patients, only to mask myriad symptoms rather than identify and correct root causes. Patients should be treated as a whole person - body, soul and spirit.

I have always been a nature-lover and found my peace in time spent in creation. But that was always separate from my healthcare career. Until now. In pursuit of wellness from a holistic perspective, I have found great allies in herbs.

God, in His wisdom and kindness, has given us a plethora of plants to bring us healing and wellness, inside and out. I pray that He will use the work of my hands to assist you on your own journey to wellness.
